Teng Ky-Gan is the Managing Director at Eco Sustainability, an environmental consultancy headquartered in Singapore with a presence across ASEAN. His work spans sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, carbon credit project development, training, and green consulting. He is also a regular speaker and trainer across the region.
He is a certified ISO 14064 Lead Verifier and a carbon credit project developer. He contributes actively to global standards development, including the ISSB, Singapore’s Voluntary Carbon Market framework and Verra.

Cidee Despi is a strategy and operations leader with over seven years of experience managing research, social and behavioral insights, and communications programs for government agencies, multilateral organizations, and corporate foundations across Southeast Asia. A graduate researcher trained in Philippine development studies at the University of the Philippines, Cidee brings a regional perspective to ESG work. She is currently completing her Juris Doctor.

Ariel is an International Business Management graduate with specialization in Sustainable Finance and Financial Statement Analysis.
He has experience in evaluating corporate sustainability performance using GRI Standards, including hands-on work in developing a research project titled as “Sustainable Finance Dynamics in the Banking Industry: Unveiling Corporate Sustainability Performance in Indonesia and Singapore.”. The research provides an in-depth analysis and comparison between leading banks in a developing country (Indonesia) and a developed country (Singapore), highlighting how differing economic and regulatory contexts can influence sustainability practices within the banking sector.
Ariel is particularly interested in the intersection of sustainability and finance, recognizing that for sustainability to be truly viable, it must be embedded within capital allocation mechanisms. During his exchange programme in South Korea, he gained valuable insights on the role of finance as an important lever for global change toward sustainability. He is skilled in sustainability reporting analysis, financial statement analysis, and ESG benchmarking, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

She is Lead Author of Eco Sustainability’s GHG Protocol Actions and Market Instruments standards contribution. Geraldine holds a degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a postgraduate qualification from The University of Manchester, with specialized training from UNITAR on energy transitions and from the University of Oxford on economic development.

Being passionate about farming, Kelvin pursued a diploma in UAT at Republic Polytechnic and completed a GHG Accounting Lead Verifier Certification program to enhance farming techniques and provide sustainable consulting solutions for Cambodia. Inspired by the transformative potential of AI and Machine Learning to drive sustainability, Jenny is transitioning from the IT industry to focus on sustainable industrial development. She is driven by the potential application of AI levers that could reduce global Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. She recently earned her GHG Accounting Lead Verifier Certification, enabling her to validate corporate emissions under ISO 14064 standards and support organizations in reducing their GHG footprint.

Her work focused on enhancing program performance and cultivating partnerships that advanced climate resilience and biodiversity outcomes. She brings a strong track record in Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL), environmental compliance, cross-functional team management, and translating complex environmental data into strategic guidance.
Currently based in the Philippines, Maria is passionate about integrating nature-based solutions into development efforts and bridging science, policy, and practice to support climate-resilient futures. Armed with an EMBA and over eighteen years of research and development experience, he has authored six scientific journals and successfully led multiple startups across international markets.

Simon Teng has over 15 years of consulting experience managing HR SaaS implementation projects for global MNC clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked with global SaaS vendors and a Big Four consulting firm, serving clients across various industries, including Financial Services, Technology, and Manufacturing.

He made a career transition and has been working in the sustainability arena for the past few years. He designed and managed the development of a web application to track an organization's carbon footprint, helped clients measure and monitor their carbon footprint, and worked in a team developing Sustainability/ESG reports for clients.

Pia provides ESG advisory services across a wide range of sectors, including banking, medical equipment, utilities, and oil & gas. She has a thorough understanding of global ESG frameworks such as CDP, SASB, TCFD, and GRI. She is also knowledgeable in calculating greenhouse gas emissions.

With a background in environmental science, Pia's research focuses on coastal resource management. Her master’s thesis focused on understanding the coastal erosion of small island beaches using numerical simulation. She is knowledgeable in using MATLAB and RStudio for data visualization and geospatial analysis. She also contributed to research on shoreline changes following the installation of a groin and the spatial distribution of the evacuation center using GIS tools. Likewise, she conducted a training on ocean numerical modeling and taught the basic steps and functions when setting up a hydrodynamic model.

Lastly, she is involved in various projects that tackles air quality management and climate change in the Philippine setting. Throughout her professional journey, Pia continues to deepen her expertise in environmental sustainability while supporting corporate responsibility.

Dr. Yuanzhe Li
Dr. Yuanzhe Li is an accomplished expert in environmental sustainability and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, with an extensive academic and professional background spanning New Zealand, China, and Singapore. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, an M.Sc. in Safety Health and Environment Technology from the National University of Singapore, and a B.Eng. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Sichuan University, Dr. Li brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his field.
Dr. Li has led pioneering research in sustainable waste management and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction technologies within the semiconductor industry. His expertise in HSE management consulting includes advising on energy, sustainability, and compliance, propelling organizations to exceed environmental benchmarks. He has specialized certifications as an ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14064 Lead Verifier, NEA Accredited Lead Verifier, Complex Sector Expert in Semiconductors, and MOM Accredited Workplace Safety and Health Officer.
With a proven track record in sustainability project support across standards such as ISO14064, GHG Carbon Footprint, and ESG reporting, Dr. Li has successfully secured EDB and Enterprise Singapore grants for various initiatives. His contributions to policy and standards development are substantial, with over 40 SCI/SSCI indexed articles, and he actively consults with the Singapore Standards Council and Enterprise Singapore. Dr. Li’s dedication to advancing sustainability practices has made him a respected leader in environmental policy and corporate social responsibility.

Dr. Vincent Lim
Dr. Vincent Lim is the Honorary Senior Advisor of Eco Sustainability Group, he was the Managing Director of the group until 15 Feb 2025. Vincent is passionate about reducing human disasters through sustainability/science/technology/research.
He adjuncts on carbon accounting and sustainability reporting modules at universities and taught at the Singapore Institute of Technology and Vinh University. Vincent was previously the Apac CFO in Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: DAL.MI), Deputy Group CFO in Hi-P International Limited (erstwhile SGX: H17), and Director of Finance for Asia in Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI).

Involved in various committees, he is on the ISCA CFO committee and a former ISCA Exco, Treasurer, and Council member, a former ACCA SME Transformation Committee Chairman and ACCA Singapore Network Panel member.
