Dr. Vincent Lim is the Honorary Senior Advisor of Eco Sustainability Group, he was the Managing Director of the group until 15 Feb 2025. Vincent is passionate about reducing human disasters through sustainability/science/technology/research.

He adjuncts on carbon accounting and sustainability reporting modules at universities and taught at the Singapore Institute of Technology and Vinh University. Vincent was previously the Apac CFO in Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: DAL.MI), Deputy Group CFO in Hi-P International Limited (erstwhile SGX: H17), and Director of Finance for Asia in Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI).

Involved in various committees, he is on the ISCA CFO committee and a former ISCA Exco, Treasurer, and Council member, a former ACCA SME Transformation Committee Chairman and ACCA Singapore Network Panel member. Vincent holds a PhD (General Management) from SMU, an FCCA, FCA Singapore, ACA, and GHG Accounting Lead Verifier (ISO14064 and 14068).

Dr. Yuanzhe Li is an accomplished expert in environmental sustainability and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, with an extensive academic and professional background spanning New Zealand, China, and Singapore. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, an M.Sc. in Safety Health and Environment Technology from the National University of Singapore, and a B.Eng. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Sichuan University, Dr. Li brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his field.

Dr. Li has led pioneering research in sustainable waste management and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction technologies within the semiconductor industry. His expertise in HSE management consulting includes advising on energy, sustainability, and compliance, propelling organizations to exceed environmental benchmarks. He has specialized certifications as an ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14064 Lead Verifier, NEA Accredited Lead Verifier, Complex Sector Expert in Semiconductors, and MOM Accredited Workplace Safety and Health Officer.

With a proven track record in sustainability project support across standards such as ISO14064, GHG Carbon Footprint, and ESG reporting, Dr. Li has successfully secured EDB and Enterprise Singapore grants for various initiatives. His contributions to policy and standards development are substantial, with over 40 SCI/SSCI indexed articles, and he actively consults with the Singapore Standards Council and Enterprise Singapore. Dr. Li’s dedication to advancing sustainability practices has made him a respected leader in environmental policy and corporate social responsibility.

Teng Ky-Gan is Partner of Eco Sustainability and a certified GHG Accounting Lead Verifier under ISO 14064 standards. Teng is a seasoned speaker and trainer, focusing on sustainability integration within retail, food, and many other industries. With 14 years of marketing experience, he has crafted successful campaigns for luxury brands including Jimmy Choo, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Bobbi Brown.

Being passionate about farming, Kelvin pursued a diploma in UAT at Republic Polytechnic and completed a GHG Accounting Lead Verifier Certification program to enhance farming techniques and provide sustainable consulting solutions for Cambodia. Currently, he is working on projects to reduce carbon emissions by growing seagrass, using biochar for soil amendments and animal feeds, and cultivating high-value crops like dwarf trees, vanilla, and agarwood. Additionally, he is employing high-density growing techniques to improve farming yields.

Somsak Trisuriyatumma is an expert in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Energy Optimization, and Sustainability. Certified by the Thailand Ministry of Industry, he provides solutions to drive your ESG and decarbonization goals.

With experience working with global leaders like Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Schneider Electric, Verifone, Thaicom and Thai Airways International, Somsak has delivered measurable results, boosting efficiency, reducing costs, cutting waste, and saving energy. Shu Yah has over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial management across various industries. She enjoys working closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to provide financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

In recent years, she expanded her expertise into sustainability reporting and assurance, earning certifications in sustainability reporting, GHG verification (ISO 14064), and sustainability assurance. She is a certified GHG Accounting Lead Verifier under ISO 14064.

She holds an MBA (UK), is a Fellow of ACCA, a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), and an ACLP-certified adult educator.

Anthony Loh possesses extensive experience in implementing strategies that support business priorities across various corporate sectors, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of excellence. He has a proven track record of achieving significant cost reductions and effectively aligning preferred suppliers with global teams.

His skills and expertise encompass business process transformation, sourcing program implementation, and procurement operations, with a specialized focus on Facility Sustainability. Anthony collaboratively works with Facility Management to support sustainable facilities, playing a pivotal role in assisting building and property owners in achieving their sustainability objectives. His efforts have led to a reduction in utility consumption, minimized potential environmental impacts, and enhanced indoor environmental quality, thereby promoting better health and well-being for occupants.

Ryion Pun is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, having held senior roles at prominent technology companies, including Amazon. His extensive expertise spans financial management, marketing analytics, data warehousing, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency within the tech industry.

As the former Head of AWS Global Data Center Infrastructure Finance, Ryion led efforts to deliver data center capacity globally and secure renewable energy to support AWS's 100% renewable energy goal. Passionate about leadership development, Ryion mentors future leaders on peak performance through mindfulness training. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and brings a unique blend of business acumen and leadership development expertise.

Ryion joins Eco Sustainability as the Head of Education, where he helps realize the organization’s vision of making every company a sustainability superstar.

Jenny is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong IT background, having held key roles at Microsoft, IBM, HP, and Google. During her tenure in the tech industry, she consulted for local and multinational companies, helping them succeed in digital marketing space.

Inspired by the transformative potential of AI and Machine Learning to drive sustainability, Jenny is transitioning from the IT industry to focus on sustainable industrial development. She is driven by the potential application of AI levers that could reduce global Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. She recently earned her GHG Accounting Lead Verifier Certification, enabling her to validate corporate emissions under ISO 14064 standards and support organizations in reducing their GHG footprint.

Jenny believes that addressing environmental challenges is essential for ensuring long-term profitability. She is committed to helping companies understand their carbon footprint, achieve net-zero emissions, and navigate evolving governance and regulatory frameworks.

Sohil Tiwari is an experienced financial executive with over two decades of leadership in the payments industry and sustainability. He has held senior roles at major financial institutions, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Mastercard Asia Pacific and as Senior Vice President (Market Development) in Canada. He also held senior financial leadership positions at American Express.

With a deep interest in sustainability, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, carbon accounting, and blockchain integration for carbon credits, he brings a strategic perspective to sustainable finance. In addition to his corporate experience, he serves on the Board of The Marketing Society and is actively involved in local CFO Councils. A Chartered Accountant, he holds an MBA from Northeastern University, USA.

Sohil joins Eco Sustainability as an Adjunct Consultant, where he contributes his expertise to advancing sustainable business practices.

Keo Phearom, currently is a country director of Equipnet Southeast Asia (Cambodia) Co., Ltd which granted a PPE valuation license No. V-23-428 by RPR, apointed as an advisor of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) in charge of Public Relaitons Department and a formal managing director of a financial brokerage campay. He has gained working experience in executive role and financial sector more than ten years.

He is holding MBA and a professional valuation permit No. V23-428-01, issued by RPR and certified valuer by Auctioneers and Valuers Australia Association (AVAA), and an Approved Person in Trust Sector by Trust
Regulator of FSA of Kingdom of Cambodia.

Zihan Poh is the Founder & CEO of Frass Pte Ltd, a trailblazing company in sustainable animal feed production. Armed with an EMBA and over eighteen years of research and development experience, he has authored six scientific journals and successfully led multiple startups across international markets.

Zihan specializes in the valorization of food waste into high-protein animal feed using cutting-edge enzymatic, bio-fermentation, and pyrolysis technologies. His mission is to reduce dependence on imported feed ingredients and lower carbon emissions through locally sourced, circular solutions.

Her passion for sustainability has led her to integrate environmental considerations into marketing practices, with a focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and carbon accounting. She is committed to helping organisations align their business objectives with sustainable practices to achieve long-term success and meaningful environmental impact.

Rosanele Romero, MSc Petroleum Geoscience, Diploma of Imperial College (2005), has over 20 years of global energy industry experience. Passionate about sustainable geoscience, she is strategically positioned in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to join forces with passionate advocates and high performers geared towards achieving a sustainable energy future for the Asia-Pacific region.

In S&P Global Commodity Insights, she combined her technical expertise and commercial mindset to develop client-ready high-profile basin reports. Between 2001 and 2017, she worked as an exploration geologist with Shell International Exploration & Production in The Philippines, UK, The Netherlands, and Malaysia. Her geological career exposed her to frontier and new-field exploration new venture evaluations, and green field development projects. She has led integrated technical teams and developed a niche in exploration risk and resource assessments. 
 

Apart from her MSc degree, Rosanele has a BS Geology degree (2001) from the University of the Philippines. In 2023, she started her doctoral studies on Climate Change and Sustainable Development at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. 
 

Rosanele is a licensed geologist (Philippines) and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), and the Geological Society of the Philippines (GSP).  She recently received her certification for ISO14064 GHG Emissions Lead Verification.

Alan Wong is currently CFO of Olive Tree Estates ( SGX Catalist and B Corp certified ) since 2020.  He was CFO of Halcyon ( via acquisition of GMG) and GMG Global ( listed SGX company majority owned by Sinochem International ) from August 2015.

Alan Wong held VP finance positions in Telkomsel ( JV between Singtel and Telkom ) and Singtel international operations. He was appointed as board director in the SingTel Bangladesh, Pakistan JV and Innoventures.

Prior to joining SingTel, Alan was with Neptune Orient Lines Ltd (NOL), a well established global transportation company as Director of Regional Finance, Asia & Middle East, where he leads a team at the regional office and has responsibility for over 17 country Finance Controllers and 200 finance staff in the region. He was also a Board member in the JV ventures in India and Vietnam.

Alan spent 5 years with Compaq Computer Asia Pacific Pte Ltd / Hewlett Packard . Other companies that Alan had previously worked with include General Motors Asian Pacific Operations where he was awarded the President Council award for being part of a pilot SAP implementation and Deloitte & Touche.

Alan holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor Degree of Accountancy from National University of Singapore. He had also attended the Supply Chain Management Program with INSEAD, Corporate finance program with Singapore Management University and the IT project management from Singapore Institute of Systems Science. He is a Fellow CPA member of CPA Australia and ISCA. He is an accredited director with Singapore Institute of Directors and serve on the Board of Singapore Gymnastics ( IPC status charity ). He has received the ISCA ESG certification as well as ACLP V2.

Maria Celes Abragan is a Nature-Based Solutions and Sustainability Consultant with over seven years of experience in climate change adaptation, biodiversity conservation, and international development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Middlebury College in the United States and a Master’s degree in Climate Change and Development from SOAS University of London.

Maria most recently served as a Program Manager at Environmental Incentives, a U.S.-based Certified B Corporation, where she provided strategic oversight and operational leadership for multi-million USAID-funded portfolios across the Asia-Pacific. Her work focused on enhancing program performance and cultivating partnerships that advanced climate resilience and biodiversity outcomes. She brings a strong track record in Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL), environmental compliance, cross-functional team management, and translating complex environmental data into strategic guidance.

Currently based in the Philippines, Maria is passionate about integrating nature-based solutions into development efforts and bridging science, policy, and practice to support climate-resilient futures. At EcoSustainability, she helps clients achieve their sustainability goals through sustainability report verification, carbon quantification, and the assessment of nature-based solutions. Her work supports robust carbon accounting, climate mitigation planning, and the integration of ecosystem services into long-term sustainability strategies.

Ellicia is an HRDCorp Accredited Trainer, Licensed NLP Coach certified by Dr. Richard Bandler, and also ISO 14064 Licensed Practitioner, trained various companies from SMEs to MNCs since 2012.

Her passion in delivering excellent training engagement soon brought her up the career ladder and she became a nationwide corporate trainer, train the trainers of different regions in Malaysia. With her background of majoring in teaching methodology, her ability in creating learning outline & activities to ensure simulation of all activities works well in real life, making every session engaging and impactful.
